Professional Biography

Prof. Tom Hall is an Assistant Professor of the Practice at the Daniels College of Business, School of Accountancy. His primary focus is teaching accounting communications courses and other financial accounting courses at various levels. Tom has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience with firms including Deloitte (Denver/Cayman Islands), Goldman Sachs (New Jersey) and PIMCO (California). He has prior teaching experience with Regis University where he taught an Accounting/Finance course to MBA students as an Affiliate Faculty. Tom has been a CPA since 1995 and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2000. Tom graduated from Brigham Young University in 1994 with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Accounting.
