Professional Biography

Dr. Kelsey Dworkis joined Daniels in 2015 and is an Assistant Professor in the Accounting Department. Her research focuses on Managerial Accounting and Behavioral Decision Making. Her primary research interests involve social psychology variables and their influence on accounting decisions.Dworkis completed her PhD at the University of Southern California in 2013 and was an Assistant Professor at the University of Melbourne in Melbourne, Australia prior to joining Daniels. She received the Mary Pickford Doctoral Teaching Award at the University of Southern California in 2011.Dworkis teaches Accounting for Decision Making (ACTG 2300) and Accounting Information Systems (ACTG 3049).
