Involved in higher education over 20 years. Joined DU in Fall 2012. Prior to DU taught at the Ohio State University, SUNYC-Buffalo, and Virginia Tech.
Research interests include Sustainability; Pricing and Revenue Mgmt; Entrepreneurship and Small Business Mgmt; Why do Restaurants Fail?: Retail Attributes and Consumer Patronage. Specializes in Hospitality Management / Marketing. Research was cited in national media including Fortune, Forbes, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Business Week, PBS, CBS, ABC affiliates, and over 50 regional papers.
