Professional Biography
Jeffrey Oraker is a Senior Investigation Counsel, with the Market Abuse Unit of the Enforcement Division, at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Before joining the SEC, he practiced law with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and clerked for Chief Justice Wm Fremming Nielsen of the Eastern District of Washington. He has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
