Kersten Jaeger
Academic Advisor
Professional Biography
My path has been one of varied experiences, full of missteps and successes, that has led me to my current path. I've worked as an English teacher in Japan, the event coordinator at an independent bookstore, and a freelance journalist. Slowly I found my way back to DU (where I received my undergraduate degree in Journalism) to pursue a Master's in Curriculum & Instruction. Through all my experiences, I have realized I love working with students and helping them find their way which led me to this role as an Academic Advisor. I hope to help students discover their strengths and develop confidence in themselves.
