Coaching Philosophy
When I coach students, my goal is to equip them with the tools, resources, and strategies necessary to respond effectively to challenges and opportunities. This collaborative process creates a safe space for students to think critically, explore ideas, experience setbacks, and celebrate successes without fear of judgment, but with unwavering support. A key concept I emphasize is using coaching as a regular checkpoint for assessing and pursuing goals across all areas of life, and celebrating achievements along the way.
