Professional Biography
I am from Chico, California and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz. As an undergraduate student, I worked as an Admissions Ambassador, Resident Assistant, and Orientation Leader. As a result of these student leadership experiences, I discovered a career path in higher education and went on to earn a Master of Arts in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University. Since moving to Colorado in 2008, I have worked at several Colorado colleges and universities in a variety of functional areas, including academic advising, financial aid & scholarships, and student support services.
