Professional Biography

Cope serves as Coordinator of Recruitment & Events on the Operations team for the Office for Public Good Strategy & Research at University of Denver. Cope develops and implements comprehensive recruitment strategies, oversees information sessions and tabling efforts, and oversees the planning of large-scale signature events such as the Public Good Celebration and Signature Work Showcase. Leveraging her strength as a high-level integrator, she brings teams together—from planning through day-of execution—with the interpersonal insight to maximize the efficacy of each event and recruitment effort within the department.
 
With a foundation in strategic planning, goal setting, organizational development and tactical implementation, Cope applies a holistic, process-driven approach to her work. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado Denver and is dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for prospective students.
 
In her role, Cope combines big-picture vision with operational excellence—ensuring that every information session, tabling activation and major event both reflects the university’s mission and runs seamlessly from concept to completion. Passionate about fostering connection, she thrives when collaborating across departments and with external partners to deliver memorable, mission-driven programming.
