Biography

I grew up in Central Wyoming at the base of the Wind River mountains. Following a quiet childhood in my remote hometown, I ventured 1200 miles away to attend Michigan State University and pursue degrees in Arts & Humanities and Advertising Management. My undergraduate experience was marked by notable growth and learning as I navigated the challenges of building a new community so far from everything I knew. After graduating and spending a few years working in the marketing industry, I made my return to academia for my Master’s in Global Communication & Media Studies here at DU.

What I enjoy doing outside of work & school
