Professional Biography

In her role as the Assistant Director of Operations for the Office for Public Good Strategy and Research, Angelica plays an integral role in creating seamless processes, optimizing workflows, and managing budgets. She enjoys streamlining and simplifying business operations, increasing knowledge and access to institutional and community resources for students, faculty, and staff, and facilitating an environment where individuals feel authentically supported and encouraged to pursue their creative ideas and projects.
 
With a Residence Life background, Angelica takes pride in building campus community through inclusive programming, individual connections, and removing systemic barriers for all community members to thrive. She spent 6 years as a Hall Director fostering social and academic success for upperclass students in apartment-style living. She later shifted into residential operations, where she developed a passion for facilitating large operational processes, such as residence hall move-in and move-out. She is excited to bring her collaborative leadership style and commitment to student success to the Office for Public Good’s programs. Angelica is a proud advocate for students of color, transfer students, and students with Autism.
