What I do

Student Success Coaching Philosophy:
As a coach, I aim to connect with students and empower them to create sustainable solutions to challenges as they navigate transitions. My approach focuses on understanding goals as a series of smaller steps that together create a path (sometimes more of an obstacle course) towards success. As a coach, I foster autonomy, confidence, and authenticity, which encourage students to identify challenges more effectively, discover their own solutions, and celebrate their achievements - big or small - along the way.

Coaching skills: I specialize in helping students navigate life transitions, identify/explore their interests, and adapt to evolving academic expectations.
