    Agenda Highlights

    • Grounding and Welcome
    • Guided Creative Practice with Devin Urioste, Artist in Residence at Redline: Finding Your Tool for Resistance (materials provided)
    • Open space for connection, rest, and reflection
    • Flexible attendance – come late or leave early if needed

    Who Should Attend?

Faculty who are seeking meaningful connection, reflective space, or simply a moment to pause as they care for themselves and the communities with whom they partner. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We hope this space offers nourishment for both spirit and action—and that you’ll be able to join us.

We hope to see you there!

  • Get Student Support for Your Community-Engaged Project

Are you interested in having skilled students contribute to your ongoing community-engaged project in the upcoming academic year?

    Submit form by May 19

We invite you to apply to have your project considered for CCESL's Community-Engaged Fellows and Student Scholars programs!

Through these programs, CCESL provides compensated opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students to pursue signature work by engaging in meaningful collaborations with communities. Fellows and Scholars work together to support a community-engaged project, contributing their unique expertise and perspectives while developing the knowledge, skills, and commitments to become agents of collaborative change.

    Ideal projects:

    • Are scholarly (e.g. research and/or creative work) and contribute to the public good
    • Involve collaborative, mutually beneficial community partnerships
    • Require 6-8 hours of weekly support from a Fellow and 3-4 hours for Scholars
    • Are planned to continue through at least the 2024-2025 academic year, with expected student support for Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters

    If your project is selected

We will schedule a brief meeting with you to discuss the project and student details and create a project profile based on your application, which will be visible to students who apply to the Community-Engaged Fellows and Scholars programs. The application will open in late Spring with recruitment in summer and early Fall. During the application process, students can express their interest in your project. We will then share application and interview results with you and seek your input during the selection process over the summer.

    Apply using the button below

We look forward to potentially collaborating with you and supporting the success of your ongoing community-engaged project. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to ccesl@du.edu
