Professional Biography
Elizabeth is a community-engaged scholar whose research, teaching, and service focuses on civic engagement in urban and regional planning processes, environmental justice, and regenerative design and development. As an engaged member of the West Colfax Neighborhood, she participated in the West Area Plan Photovoice Project. She earned her doctorate in Communtiy & Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin.
