About Us

The DU Mental Health and Wellness Collaborative (The Collaborative) brings together expertise from the Department of Psychology, Counseling Psychology (Morgridge College of Education), Graduate School of Professional Psychology, and Graduate School of Social Work.  The Collaborative is guided by an interprofessional Steering Committee composed of faculty representatives from each of these academic units.

Through strong university-community partnerships, the Collaborative works to expand access to culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and evidence-based mental health care while preparing a diverse and skilled mental health workforce.

As part of this work, the Collaborative has established an off-campus, interprofessional clinical training site in partnership with a community-based organization serving individuals who face barriers to care.
