Favorite Thing About DU Honors: My favorite thing about DU honors is the smaller, intellectual community it provides within the larger university. DU Honors is such a tight-knit group of academically motivated students, and the challenge provided by the program creates for an overall enriching and shared experience among honors students.
Something You Geek Out About: I love anything Broadway! If you do too, let's chat! I can talk for hours about In The Heights, Bonnie and Clyde, The Great Gatsby, or really any musical!
Other Involvement at DU: I am the team manager for DU's NCAA gymnastics team. I am also very involved in the Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management and participate within the LEAD mentorship program. -

Favorite Thing About DU Honors: My favorite thing about DU Honors is the wide range of events that the HSA plans. While I feel stuck in a routine of classes and homework, it’s exciting to look forward to something new, and at times surprising, throughout the school year.
Something You Geek Out About: : I’m a huge nerd about Jane Austen and Studio Ghibli movies. I also love to watch anime, especially an amazing show called Attack on Titan.
Other Involvement at DU: CWC Leadership Scholars, Marketing and Communications Assistant for the Office of Student Employment (starting FA24). Once the school year starts, I look forward to finding new clubs to join as well! -

Favorite Thing About DU Honors: The DUH faculty are so amazing and supportive! Also, it's nice to take classes with familiar faces.
Something You Geek Out About: : I love pressing flowers and making art out of them! So if you see me stealing flowers from around campus that's probably what I'm doing.

Favorite Thing About DU Honors: I love the classroom environments with motivated, intelligent peers that bring different perspectives and life experiences than my own. We all challenge one another and that is supplemented by great professors who teach unique and challenging courses.
Something You Geek Out About: I love neuroscience on all levels. Anything on the scale from talking about psychological processes through the lens of neural circuits or how individual receptor densities at synapses change behaviors are fascinating to me and I love to learn and engage with.

Something You Geek Out About: I work in the Tinghitella lab focused on evolution and behavioral ecology, so you could say I geek out about crickets because they are the species we study, and I know quite a bit about them.

Something You Geek Out About: I geek out about all things music. I love how many genres have been influenced and pioneered by previous styles and artists. There is an entire world of math, artistry, and story-telling in music that is insurmountable!
