When you join the CWC Leadership Scholars Program, you are invited to be part of a community, a family, and a home. Explore some benefits of this program on this page.

  • Financial Support

    You can receive up to $6,000 in scholarship support per year based on financial need. 

  • Leadership Studies Minor

    You will become part of a cohort of 15-20 other students

  • Take six classes with your fellow CWC scholars!

    Complete 24 credits in leadership to develop your leadership understanding and skills

  • Mentoring

    An older CWC Scholar will support you in your first year as your peer mentor. As a part of CWC, you’ll also  build a relationship with a professional mentor to further your career goals

  • Workshops & Events

    CWC hosts two retreats each year into the beautiful Colorado mountains. We also offer speaking events and workshops from CWC/TWC alumnae, CWC Scholar alumni, and strong women leaders in the community.
