Biography

I grew up in India where I completed my initial studies including a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources.  I have since worked in HR leadership roles across industries such as hospitality, aviation and mining. These opportunities have allowed me to live and work in countries like Africa, Australia and Singapore. People and culture aspects of organisations has been a passion and I found my purpose there through being able to meaningfully touch other people’s lives. With this passion I did a Masters degree in Executive Coaching from Ashridge in the UK. Coaching and helping is where I find my meaning. I recently moved to Denver to expand my knowledge and skills by pursuing a Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology. I love the outdoors, sport and the beautiful beings we call dogs. I am an avid aviator and flying is my way of experiencing freedom.
